I ordered from jmherbals.com, the shipping was disappointing. I was expecting it to be a normal delivery time, or at least close to it, but it ended up taking much longer than I thought it would.

The tracking was not much help either. It basically just sat there for days with no real update, and I kept checking it myself, thinking maybe it would move soon, actually, no, after a while it just got really annoying.

By the time the parcel finally showed up, I was already frustrated. The products might be fine, and at first I thought I’d still maybe order again, but after dealing with that delivery experience, I don’t really feel like it.

I tried one of their herbal products for a few weeks, i’m a bit disappointed. It did seem to help a little, but nowhere near as much as I was hoping it would. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the results were mild. Delivery was fine, no real complaints there, but based on the actual effect, I’d say it was just average

I ordered a couple of herbal products from Jmherbals, the quality was about what I figured it would be. I’ve always been a little skeptical about buying this kind of stuff online, and this order kind of confirmed that for me. The packaging was totally fine and nothing arrived damaged, but one of the items didn’t seem as fresh as I was hoping.
It still worked alright, so I’ll probably finish using it, but I can’t say I’m excited to order again anytime soon. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just very average. Not bad, not impressive, basically exactly the kind of middle-of-the-road result I expected.

It was okay overall, but I didn’t feel like it was worth what I paid. Everything felt kind of impersonal too, like there wasn’t really a real person there making the experience feel welcoming or helpful
